Arrogant Devil by R.S. Grey

Arrogant Devil

Everyone in Cedar Creek, Texas, knows Jack McNight is an arrogant devil. Physically, I get it: he’s tan and fit, with coal-black hair that’s clearly been scorched by hellfire. Oh, and his personality? It burns just as hot. When I show up on the doorstep of Blue Stone Ranch, I’m run-down and rockin’ my last pair of underwear. I’m hoping for a savior, but instead, I find him.My opinion of Jack is marred by a dismal first impression, but hi...

Arrogant Devil is by a new to me author, R.S. Grey. You know the saying from the movie, “You had me at hello?” Well, that pretty much wraps up my feelings for this book. Ms. Grey had me from the first page. I now consider myself a devoted fan. Meredith Avery is probably one of my favorite heroines I have ever read about. Meredith had been married for five years to a rich husband. On the outside, it looked like she had the fairy tale life and ...

This enemies to lovers romance is probably the Best one I’ve read so far and I’m not surprised for one second, that it is written by the hand of RS Grey; that she’s the one who delivered this perfect book. She has such amazing writing skills and I feel privileged having received an arc of this book in exchange for an honest review!--- Everything in this book just ‘clicks’ you know? It’s just perfect! The slow-burn romance had me on th...

I wish I could give Arrogant Devil all the stars in Texas. This story of a woman setting off on her own to reclaim her life and the man who gives her a helping hand even though he believes she's a spoiled trophy wife just became my new favorite RS Grey novel to date. (Okay, don't quote me on that because it's realllllllly hard to pick a favorite) but this book was EVERYTHING!!! From the first page to the very last, I was hooked. I could not get e...

*ARC kindly provided in exchange for an honest review*5 "Deliciously Devilish" Stars!!!!!I'm on cloud nine. Every time I finish reading an R.S Grey book this is the feeling I'm left with. And this time around this feeling is multiplied by 10. Arrogant Devil was sinfully delicious. This enemies-to-lovers and slow-burn romance was every bit addicting. And the two MC's gave me all the feels. It'd been awhile since I finished a book in one sitting an...

Wow, I honestly didn't expect this book to have so much of an affect on me. I literally went from laughing hysterically to shedding tears in a millisecond. R.S. Grey has become a go to author for me and she did such a great job with this book. We start off learning that Meredith has left her husband and let me tell you he's a real class act. By class act I mean total tool/douche-bag. So since Meredith left with just the clothes on her back she ca...

Dreamy and romantic, this is what I love so much about Rachel’s books. Not to mention how hilarious they always are. Meredith was such a fantastic and feisty heroine, and Jack was perfectly surly.

There are books I skim and some I straight up devour. Arrogant Devil was one that beckoned to me and and called out to my soul. The themes of mental abusive and gaslighting are strong in the storyline, and anyone who knows me on a personal level knows this is a topic I'm open and passionate about because of my own experiences in the past. The way Rachel captured the feelings, psychology, and even mannerisms of an abuse victim is extremely spot on...

Meredith is in most people's mind a spoiled rich brat, that went form daddy's money to husband's money and never appreciated anything. She lived the perfect life in California with the prefect husband, but it was all lies. She is miserable, no true friends, not close to her family and her doting husband was narcissist would mentally and verbally abused her into believe all the horrivle things he told her. Jack a 30 something Ranch business owner ...

This was such a fun book to read! I was sucked in right from the first sentence & had a really hard time putting it down. Meredith was such a force. I really admired her strength & determination. She put herself first & it was so easy to be in her corner & cheer her on. Jack is, well, he’s Jack. He’s bull headed & arrogant & downright cruel at times, but you just know there’s much more to him & I really loved watching Meredith get under his...

I absolutely love an enemies to lovers romance and this one hit the nail on the head. I love the small town Texas back drop, that centered around a budding romance between a women who is fighting for her life back and running from demons and a man who is hard working, loyal and seriously so arrogant. ( I don't think Grey could have described this character any better). This book is exactly why RS Grey is a go to Author for me. I loved the way she ...

More reviews up on my blog Inside My Library Mind Another great one from R. S. Grey, out on May 10th R.S. Grey has a knack for writing really fun and funny novels, and this one was no different. This is your ultimate cowboy fantasy, and I really liked what she did with it. Meredith is a great heroine, spunky and determined, and I really enjoyed her as a protagonist. Jack, on the other hand, is your ultimate broody, surly cowboy, coldhearted on ...

I'm pretty sure I would give every R.S. Grey book 5 stars, and Arrogant Devil just topped them all. I enjoyed the banter between Meredith and Jack so much I would reread their conversations immediately after reading them the first time. I bookmarked so many pages...from funny, to hilarious, to sweet, to ornery. I liked the fact that Arrogant Devil also dealt with some serious issues that really make you think. The entire book was great. I wish I ...

RS Grey has knocked it out of the park. Swoony Hero✔Plenty of Laugh out loud moments ✔Strong Heroine ✔Sexy ✔Slow burn ✔I completely adored this book and was rooting for Meredith the whole time. She left a hard situation just to find herself in another hard situation. I loved her perseverance and her understanding of her personal self worth. She didn’t settle and got everything she deserved/wanted/needed. The epilogue was so perfect th...

I absolutely love everything R.S. Grey has done so far- each book I read I think "this is my favorite". But Arrogant Devil is BY FAR my favorite. I loved the characters (especially Alfred the dog and spunky Edith)! This book hit close to home for me and gave me all the feels. As always, Rachel did a great job!

I thoroughly loved every minute of this book. No surprise there though as every RS Grey book puts a smile on my face from beginning to end, even if there are tears. Meredith and Jack were perfect, fun and I loved every second with them.😍😍😍😍But what made it 10 times better was of course Edith and Alfred 🖤🖤🖤🐶
