Seriously? Are we not done yet witg Heath and Zoey? Gosh until when will this torture end? Is there even some Zoey-Heath shippers?

I may have gotten my hopes up with this House of Night spin off series. I'll be honest here, Lost is a big step down from Loved. The only parts I could actually get invested in were Kevin's and I wish that Lost was more in line with what was happening with his cause. He's not a bad character, even if he serves the same purpose as Zoey did, with less relationship drama. His story cuts right to the chase, Kevin is back in his world and it's falling ...

I got a ARC of this book and I really did enjoy it. I don’t want to say too much seeing how it is not officially out yet. But I did enjoy the story.

So Lost picks up literally right after Loved ended. As with most of the House of Night novels, Lost is told from multiple POVs, with Zoey Redbird as only the first person narrator. We open the novel to find that her Other World brother, Kevin, is actually the first POV. I thought this was super cool, because yes, while the whole HoN universe is centered on Zoey and the Nerd Herd, Kevin plays a HUGE role in the Other World novels so far.The first t...

*clicks pen* Here are my thoughts, hopefully they make sense. The plot for Other Kevin: I liked it, more so than I thought I would if I'm being honest. I liked that we got to see Other Kevin in his Tulsa and just how different it is to Zoey's. Humans are basically nothing, they are living in a city filled and ruled by vampyers. Which was interesting to see, see Nefert's goal of vampyers ruling become real. I liked how Other Kevin went straight to...

Growing up with the House of Night series, I couldn’t help but to feel excited when the Otherworld continuation launched. When I read Loved, I was annoyed by how childish the characters’ dialogue was, but I did enjoy the plot. In Lost, the childish dialogue consumes the book and ruins pretty much everything redeemable.Don’t get me wrong, the Casts still wrote a book that was compelling and I enjoyed the general ideas, sentiments and some of...

Book two of this sequel series and I have to admit it was pretty good! I was a little nervous about reading this one especially how the previous book ended, but it turned out to be super interesting and it had some pretty neat twists. I had started this series in high school and with my obsession with vampires (and okay, that it something that is probably still going on a bit), the series was a great one to turn to. Now reading them and I'm older...

Loved this book so much. All our beloved characters are back and even a few new "Old Magic" characters as well. This series is sooo great I am glad they brought it back. I will keep reading this series and can't wait for the next one!!

a whole lot of fun but not NEARLY enough Jack. i heard pc say in a facebook live q&a that jack's reappearance was one of the biggest contributing factors in the creation of the Otherworld books; for which I am so very grateful, because i'm loving this series so far. but i want more jack. the amount of jack exposure in Loved was perfect, he got lots of attention. i'm aware that this is subjective but i would hate for him to fade into the backgroun...

Honestly at the very beginning I was instantly intrigued to find out the alternate versions of the characters I have read throughout the original series. Though I was disappointed to only get a small amount of characters from the original works. I was happy that small amount was Stark and Aphrodite who have always been favourites of mine from the original series. To be honest the part with the old team (Nerd Herd) I wasn't really into, but was mo...

P.C. and Kristen Cast have time and time again proven just how amazing their style really is.Lost: A House of Night Otherworld Novel, an expansion of their original House of Night series and book 2 of the Otherworld saga, once again follows Zoey Redbird and her "Nerd Herd" in their new journey of self discoveries, trials and tribulations.Although the House of Night series, as well as Lost, falls into the Young Adult genre, I truly believe that pe...

As with the previous books of The House Of Night, this one does not disappoint. From page one, you’re sucked back into the world right where you were left in Loved. Get your tissues ready, there will be ugly snot crying! I wasn’t able to put this book down for one second. The other world, as different as it is, shares many similarities to Zoey’s world. One of them being Grandma Redbird, my most favorite person in any world! Familiar faces a...

Kevin goes back to his world in the alternate reality where Neferet is Queen. Since he also has all five element he is his reality’s Zoey and is determined to save his world as she saved hers. But first he has to find allies, join the resistance and stop Neferet from going on a killing spree with her red army.I'm glad that the different POVs are clearly marked at the beginning and within each chapter. I hate having to guess who’s talking from...

Awesomesauce as always! I love, love, love the HoN. I wish the story would just continue and never end. I've read the entire series over about 5 times now and will continue to re-read because I can't get enough! I didn't find switching between world's confusing at all. I think this book was an excellent addition and a good twist on the story. Hope to read more from the HoN! With Love, always love.

You will LITERALLY travel to the other world with Zoey! I read this book in less than a day, of course that is telling to amazing writing and captivating story! I heart me some HoN! Powerful, so SO powerful!I am just as in love with the Other World Series as I am the original HoN!! These ladies are hard hitters of the feels. These worlds, characters, and their problems are incredibly close to home. If you have not read them, it’s a must read. Start to finish, you’ll be begging for more. Please keep writing them! PLEASE!!

Amazing like usualI love P.C. Cast's books especially HON! It amazes me with all the different POV how you know the characters and understand them. I hope there is a third book soon I would love to read about Kev's adventure and if he defeats Neferet for sure and how after a certain death happens how he learns to cope.
  • Michelle
I am keeping my fingers crossed that this series will continue but my hopes are not high since things were wrapped up pretty well at the end. If you've never read any of the House of Night series and like characters and situations that are bizarre and sometimes silly, start with the first book "Marked." I guarantee it will be a fun ride.

Fantastic continuation!I read this book in one day. The first book left me with some worries about Zo and how much she had actually grown and all the worries were put to rest in this book. This was such a good book. I won’t spoil anything, but when they started singing, it was the best!!! They did such a great job as they wrote this book. I can’t wait for the next one!
  • Mary Winstead
Other Kevin returns to his world and trouble begins. Zoey is withdrawn and moody because she knows that other Kevin is being drawn to the dark magic. She knows she has to go to the other world and save him. Can she? Great read
  • Jess Twibey
I’ve loved this series since forever and p.c.cast and Kristian cast never disappoint! I loved the otherworld differences and can’t wait to see if we get to see more of it in the next book, especially between stark and Kevin, I need their heartache turn into a bromance.
  • Rebecca
I loved Lost so much!! It was a real page turner and I loved all the growth of Kevin and seeing the differences and similarities in the other world Nerd Herd. I am excited for the next book that will hopefully be printed :)

I am enjoying this add-on - alternate world of House of Night.I was actually proud of Zoey in this book - her depth of character.I was upset with the sacrifice mad for red vampires in this world - but the explanation was valid.MORE please
