A very good book and continuation of the series. The only reason I gave this book 4 stars instead of 5 is because the first 2/3 of the book are very slow. I can see why this was done this way to show the characters growth and maturity. Also when you have 9 characters to develop in the same book it will get a bit slower. Just of the pace of the book is what made this very good instead of great. The other thing I really like about this book is the c...

I think this might be the first time I've read a Pittacus Lore book and not been super-duper invested in it. Don't get me wrong, I still really enjoyed Fugitive Six for what it was worth, but it was considerably harder to enjoy at times than previous books in this 'verse. Even more third-person POVs clamor for dominance here, and just like Generation One, it leaves me feeling more than a bit disconnected from the characters compared to the origin...

perhaps we should live to fight another day this book took a turn that i wasn't expecting at all, i hope theres another book in this series because it cannot end like that. Plot: Fugitive Six picks right up after the events of Generation One and the group is back at the academy however things are not what they seem, with this secret group after human glades no one is safe. Even though this book doesn't contain a lot of action it does make up fo...

4.5*I love these freaky teens. Like the Lorien Legacies teens, they are eventful and dramatic which is awesome! This one had some surprise reveals and a shocking turn of event at the end. Cannot wait for the next installment! My quick and simple overall: loved it and I am so glad my reading slump is over!

4.5 Stars "Sorry I was so werid at first." "Don't be sorry." Taylor looked around. "I think we're all a little weird." What a wild ride that was. As the second book in this series it had to be faster. The world and new characteristics that are gonna form part of it are already in place, as well as the fact that we already know the characters, still, I was a bit sceptical about how all this was gonna play out. Therefore I was pleasantly surprise...

I cannot get over how amazing these books are. I’m SO happy they’ve continued with a spin-off series that has me just as hooked as the original. I love all the characters in this book and I liked the espionage that occurred. The ending....whoa! It’s a long wait until the next book but it’ll be worth it!

Pittacus Lore is one hell of a cliffhanger. Hahaha. This book is plot twists after plot twists. It was emotionally thrilling. The Fugitive 6's character development were well-paced. Each of them with their own conflicting ideals, noticeably on Ran and Isabela, and surprisingly on all Calebs. Nigel, as usual is still bloody funny considering he seems to have the worst fate of them all. As for Taylor and Kopano, now romantically involved, let's just...

This is the second book in the Lorien Legacies Reborn series. First, I liked the title because it fit the story perfectly. I like the premise of this (same with the series that preceded this one.) I wasn't sure after reading the first one, what the desired end was. I think this, the 2nd book, may have clarified that a bit. So that was appreciated. I liked the action scenes. They were nicely paced. I also liked the characters. They were all distin...

Reseña completa en THE BEST READ YET BLOG

I have to admit that for the first 2/3 of the book I wasn’t super invested. Honestly, they were referencing a lot of events from Generation One and I didn’t remember anything that happened in it. This is due to a long wait time in between reading the books as well as an unremarkable story. I thought Fugitive Six was going to be more of the same. I thought that until the 2/3 mark and then things got good. Like… really, really good! Like “...

Ahh. I'm so sorry. But that cliffhanger was brutal and I'm upset. Also, I think the plot is going downhill and I miss Adam. Also, I wish it had more of Einar, he's pretty much the only person I like, apart from Nigel.

Okay don't get me wrong, I love this world and I've rated almost all of these books 5 stars, but this book wasn't as strong as the others. It just wasn't!The start really drags, and the main plot of this book was sort of a mystery for me even after having finished it. I mean, I get that this is all about Taylor finding her way into the Foundation and what not, but there are 4 other plotlines happening and it causes it all to feel a bit messy. Not...

Okay. That ending was unacceptable. How dare Pittacus Lore do this to me? How am I supposed to wait an entire year to read the next one. I am completely heart-broken.But, putting the ending aside, this book was fantastic. I really did think I would struggle with Fugitive Six as it has been a whole year since I last read Generation One but still remembered the main idea of it. But I was fine. Fugitive Six was fast-paced, not too complex, exciting,...

Meh. Not great, not terrible. Not particularly memorable, but not unreadable. This book is meh. And I probably won't remember what happened in it by the time book three rolls around, so let's hope for a ton of online spoilers by that point, or a recap at the beginning. More authors need to do that--I am very pro-recap.

It's official, if you enjoyed the original series, you will love this iteration. Book #2 is actually better than the first with more action, intrigue, and suspense. It's a shame these never caught on as movies.

It was a good book. What happens to the humans? What happens to Caleb? I want to know what happens to the Loric as well as the humans. I think that I want to know what are the symbols for.I really hope Five or Ella/ Sam and Six or Marina appears. I want one of the other Loric to appear.I hope Adam gets out of that Alaskan prison camp. I love Adam. I love all of the Loric. I wish this was real. I'm going to ask James Frey if aliens are real. I wan...

I need the next book asap!!! Ps. dying from nostalgia and love for the newbies.

It was a 3.5 before the EPILOGUE ABSOLVED THE SINS FROM EARLIER. You better be giving Nigel a boyfriend.

First 50-60% was very, very, slow, but the last 40-50% was the fast-paced, action-packed, Loric story that we’ve grown accustomed to.I’m still not 100% convinced about this sequel series, the new books aren’t as gripping as the originals. I miss John’s POV, the switching between multiple characters can get a little confusing, and the third person narration tends to keep the reader at arm’s length. But having invested so much time, and e...

Still an enjoyable series. The endings always leave you wanting to know more.We continue to follow Taylor, Nigel, Ran, and company on their exploits. We discover new foes and encounter previous ones. I can't say too much about the series as it is the second in the new wave - and well do2n the line from the originals. The story is fast-paced, as usual, and enticing enough to keep up interested. Call it my guilty pleasure, but I enjoy it!

Really, I just don't give it 5 stars because I expected such experienced writer to check the Brazilian phrases spoken by Isabela. It seemed he just put them on Google Translate and copy/pasted them without consulting anyone who actually speak the language. Even a site like lang-8.com would have provided him Native Portuguese support for free.

H O L Y S H * T IT'S FIVEI've loved this world for ages and my gosh, this one was good. Each character got their own story, and I liked how they were easy to keep track of. Taylor, the healer.Kopano, the skin changer.Ran, the explosion.Nigel, the too-cool sound dude.Isabela, the manipulative identity.Caleb, the duplicator. I like how despite everything, the Fugitive Six were always loyal to each other. Even when they're not all on the same page, ...

I borrowed this book from my local library. I enjoyed reading it. I have read all the full length novels by this author so far and liked reading them. I find they all have a good story to them. I look forward to the next novel by this author.

Enjoyable, quick read for fans of I Am Number Four series. I’m not entirely sure where this series is going, but enjoyed getting to know the Fugitive Six more. I’m interested to read the next book(s).

I sadly found this instalment a little lacking. There are moments of utter brilliance but interspersed with characters I struggle to connect to, politics that I’m not invested in and a vaguely repetitive plot.
  • Jessica
There are no words because that ending blew my mind.

Interesting development in this book... The Academy and the Foundation on opposite sides, fighting over those with Legacies. It's a bit more slow paced than the other books, but the last chapters make up for that. The characters develop a lot and I'm looking forward to reading more about them!

I didn't have very high hopes going in to this after Generation One was a little disappointing but DAMN.

I don't think I'll ever get bored of this series! 5 whopping stars!
